eBay just provided us a fix for the DSR data problem that started June 3rd, so I’m re-starting DSR alert emails today.
The ratings should now be accurate (let me know if they’re not), but the amount of change shown in the email alerts may be incorrect in the first email you receive. I’m going to try to flush most of the bad data out of the system.

On June 3rd we started receiving erroneous DSR and feedback data from eBay. We’ve been working directly with eBay engineers to resolve this issue as soon as possible. They believe they are close to a solution now.
We apologize for any incorrect DSR alerts you may have received over the past week. I’ve temporarily suspended DSR alert emails until this issue is resolved.
